Nobody ever saw them
Season 8, "Nooner or Later," April 10, 1994. Bud and Kelly are queuing at the New Market Mall for tickets to see Burned Beyond Recognition. The line is long enough that it weaves into Gary's Shoes, where their father works, which is how Al ends up holding their place. He then abandons it to go home for the nooner, because Peg needs him for a Rick Dees radio contest.
The kids lose their spot. The guy in front of them takes the last ticket. Al and Peg win a pair as a consolation prize and go to the concert instead.
Bud, explaining the appeal: the lead singer has been known to vomit and urinate on the audience. Al, without missing a beat, calls it pee per view.
B.B.R. is never seen and never heard. No performance, no song, no band members on screen. Eleven seasons and the closest anyone gets is a queue outside a shoe store.
One more thing about that queue
The girl who talks Bud into letting her friends cut in front of him is played by a teenage Fergie, years before the Black Eyed Peas. Most people rewatching the episode never notice.
