Return Policy for Al Bundy Store
At Al Bundy Store, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as we are a print-on-demand store, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been ordered in the wrong size, color, design or by mistake.
If your ordered product arrives damaged or does not meet the high quality standards that we strive for, we will be happy to offer you a refund or send you a replacement product. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us through email support@albundystore.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide us with a photo of the damaged or defective product.
If you receive the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
EU, EEA and UK customers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is separate from, and in addition to, your rights above if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
To exercise this right, tell us within that 14-day period — complete our withdrawal form at https://albundystore.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form or email support@albundystore.com. You must then send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund the amount you paid, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method you used for the order. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard cost only.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.
