1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The giveaway opens on October 6, 2026 at 12:00am ET and closes on October 30, 2026 at 11:59pm ET. Entries received outside this period will not be counted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at albundystore.com/pages/free-tee-giveaway with a valid email address. By submitting the form you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. No purchase is necessary and no payment of any kind is required.
Limit one entry per person. Entries submitted with multiple email addresses by the same person, or by any automated, scripted, or bulk method, will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will not be entered into the draw.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is available. The winner may choose any single t-shirt listed on albundystore.com at the time of claim, in any available design and size, shipped free within the United States. Approximate retail value up to $36 USD. The actual value depends on the design and size chosen, and the difference between the actual value and the stated approximate retail value, if any, will not be awarded.
The prize is awarded as a one-time use discount code covering the full cost of one t-shirt plus shipping. The code is issued to the winner's email address and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers. There is no cash alternative and the prize may not be substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected item becomes unavailable.
The prize ships to a United States address only. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random on October 31, 2026 from all valid entries received during the entry period. The draw will be conducted by RANDOM.ORG's Third-Party Draw Service, which publishes a record of the drawing that can be independently verified. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
7. Notification and claim
The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within two business days of the draw. The winner has seven (7) calendar days from the date that email is sent to respond and claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within seven days, if the email cannot be delivered, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries by the same method.
8. Winner announcement
The winner will be identified publicly by first name and state only, for example "Dave, OH". No surname, email address, or other personal detail will be published. By entering, you agree to this limited announcement. A recording of the draw may be posted on the Sponsor's social channels.

9. Your email address
Entering adds your email address to the Al Bundy Store email list. We use it to notify the winner and to send occasional offers and new product announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning. We do not sell or rent your email address. 10. Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper running.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Platform release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X. You are providing your information to Al Bundy Store, not to any of these platforms.
12. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
